Planning for Upgrade to Artificial Pitch

We're pleased to announce that we have been prioritised to apply for funding to the Football Foundation to upgrade our sand-dressed artificial pitch with a 3G surface. A planning application has been submitted, and the design of the pitch can be viewed here.

Subject to planning and funding, we would be looking to start the work around April with completion by August, ready for the 2026-27 academic year, and new football season.

We would like to get your opinions on this development and the types of activities you would like to see delivered and have designed a short survey for you to complete, which should only take around 8 minutes maximum.

The responses from this survey will be a vital part of the Football Foundation application process to show we have consulted with the local community and as such we would be grateful if you could complete it by 19th September 2025.
