Your Role:
As part of our Science team, you’ll play a key part in delivering a rich and engaging curriculum across Key Stages 3 to 5. While this is a general science position, we are particularly keen to welcome a teacher with a strong background or specialism in Chemistry, ready to lead exciting lessons and inspire a love of the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, with a particular focus on Chemistry.
  • Foster a classroom culture of curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific exploration.
  • Use creative and practical approaches to bring science to life.
  • Track and support student progress through constructive feedback and intervention strategies.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities, including clubs and STEM initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for science and a desire to make your subject exciting and accessible.
  • Ideally, a Chemistry specialist with strong subject knowledge and teaching experience.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A team player who is keen to contribute to a collaborative and ambitious department.
  • A commitment to ensuring all students thrive and achieve their potential.
