Herne Bay High School / 25 Feb 2025
We are always looking for the best ways to support our students' health and wellbeing and one way we do this is by utilising and developing our wellbeing garden. This is a safe space where students can experience the outdoors, getting involved in the creation, care, and upkeep of the garden while learning about and benefitting from how it can support their health and wellbeing.
As we continue to develop the garden, we are looking for donations to help us maintain, develop, and restock it. Although any offerings are greatly appreciated, we do have a wish list of items below:
-Scaffold boards/sleepers to build some raised beds
-Water butts
-Tools (spades, forks, trowels, rakes etc)
-Large pots
-Bricks/paving slabs
-Bags of compost/topsoil (half-used is fine)
If you can donate anything, or would like to get involved with our wellbeing garden in a different capacity, please contact Mr Beeson at the school.
